Instructions
- Apply 2 coats of Pure Black on the plastic pumpkin using a brush.
- Allow drying time.
- Use the Liner brush and Titanium White and paint the word “BOO!”
- Allow drying time.
- Paint 2-3 coats of Dragonfly Full Spectrum of the pumpkin.
- Allow drying time.
