Easter Beaded Garland

Instructions

1. Paint each bead your choice of Folk Art paint. 

2. Base coat the rectangle tag using your choice of Folk Art paint. 

3. Use a decorative stencil and Folk Art paint to add a letter, animal or word knot the rectangle tag.
