Fabric Covered Bib Necklace
Revamp a dollar-store bib necklace with scrap fabric and Fabric Mod Podge.

Instructions

  1. Place the bib portion of the necklace right-side down on the back-side of the fabric. Cut around the necklace leaving a ½” border around the necklace.
  2. Apply fabric Mod Podge to the top of the bib, place onto the back-side of the fabric. Press to remove any air-bubbles. Allow to dry.
  3. Apply Fabric Mod Podge to the backside of the bib. Turn the extra ½” of fabric to the back and press into the Fabric Mod Podge to attach. Trim a piece of felt to fit the back-side of the bib. Glue the felt to the back of the bib with Fabric Mod Podge.
  4. Using a Mod Melter and Sea Glass sticks, attach a small bad of ribbon around the top corners of the bibs.

PROJECT TIP: Layer it up! We kept this design simple but you don’t have too. Add gems, Mod Melts or other embellishments to create your own design!
