Place the planter box upside down on the back of the fabric. Trace around the planter box side. Cut the fabric on the traced lines. Cut two from one fabric design and two from the other fabric.
Apply Fabric Mod Podge to the planter box side, place the fabric on the box. Smooth with your fingers to remove any wrinkles. Allow to dry. Repeat for each side.
Hot glue trim around the top edge of the planter box.
