Instructions
- Basecoat inside and outside edge of frame as shown with Pumpkin. Let dry. Paint fabric section of frame with White, let dry.
- Cut fabric to fit inside section of frame as shown.
- Using Mod Podge, apply fabric to center section of frame as shown. Let dry.
