Family Love Frame

Instructions

1. Basecoat each letter as shown and let dry.
2. Tape off frame as shown and paint stripes.  Let dry.
3. Using small flat brush, and Light Blue add pattern to frame as shown.  Let dry.
4. Add word to frame with hot glue
