Photocopy different existing colored feathers on laser jet* copier.
Cut out images. Trace around images with pencil onto cardboard. You could also use wood if you are a little more skilled. Cut out images with craft knife.
Mod Podge the images on to cardboard cut outs. Add two coat on top for topcoat.
Stain the plaques with Walnut Wood Tint. Allow to dry and then glue the feathers onto plaques.
