Instructions
1. Apply a layer of Mod Podge to the back of the fabric piece and allow it to dry. This will keep the fabric from fray when cutting.2. Cut out the images to add to the shirt.
3. Apply the Mod Podge to the back of the fabric and apply to the fabric of the shirt. Allow to dry.
