Flower and Stripes Frame

Instructions

1. Take the Memory Frame and paint 2/3^rds with White using a paintbrush.
2. Allow drying time.
3. Paint the other 1/3^rd with Crisp Green.
4. Allow drying time.
5. Using Flamingo Coral and Key West, paint two vertical lines across the 1/3^rd Crisp Green portion.
6. Allow drying time.
7. Brush on Mod Podge Matte on the 2/3^rds White portion.
8. Take your choice of a floral print napkin and lay it on top of the Mod Podged section.
9. Smooth out any wrinkles and add Mod Podge as necessary.
10. Gently tear away excess parts of the napkin.
11. Allow drying time.
