Flower Frame

Instructions

1. Paint the outer and inner rim of the frame with Bright Pink paint.
2. Paint the inside with Patina paint.
3. Dip the eraser end of the pencil into Yellow paint. Paint dots onto the frame.
4. Cut the flowers from the scrapbook paper. Trim them so they fit inside the frame. You may need to curve the edges.
5. Apply Mod Podge to the back of the flowers, position them onto the frame, press with your fingers to remove any air bubbles.
6. Top-coat with an additional layer of Mod Podge.
7. Add a wash to the frame by blending 1-part Ivory White paint with 2-parts Blending Gel.
8. Dip a loose bristle brush into the paint mixture, tap off the excess, dry brush over the entire frame.
