Make a unique pumpkin that will stand out in a crowd!
Instructions
Note: You can find all of the items mentioned here at your local Michaels store!
- Use flat brush to base-coat pumpkin Wicker White. Let dry. Paint middle section Pure Orange and bottom Medium Yellow. Double-load flat brush with Wicker White and Pure Orange to blend top two colors, then double-load Pure Orange and Medium Yellow to blend bottom colors. Let dry.
- Create outside of eyes using large Spouncer and Licorice. Use liner brush to smooth edges. Let dry. Use medium size Spouncer and Wicker White for center of eyes. Let dry. Use small Spouncer and Licorice to create eyeball. Use liner brush to paint triangle shape on one side of eyeball Wicker White.
- Use liner brush to paint all other details to complete Owl face and feather pattern in Licorice.
- Use scissors to cut two large teardrop shapes from black foam for wings and a large heart shape for feet. Cut a scallop border along rounded edge of heart to create toes. Glue foam pieces to owl.
