Instructions
- Basecoat bats and spiders with black and let dry.
- Paint bats and spiders with desired Glow/Neon color. Let dry between coats.
- Accent shapes with permanent marker as shown.
- For the best and brightest glow, use a blacklight to see your craft come to life!
