Instructions
- Basecoat stars with black paint and let dry.
- Tape off 2 large stars as shown and paint with Glow Yellow. Paint several coats letting dry between coats.
- Using the end of brush handle, dip into paint and create dot pattern around stars as shown. Let dry.
- Paint all small stars desired colors. Apply several coats letting dry between coats.
- For the best and brightest glow, use a blacklight to see your craft come to life!
