Instructions
- Basecoat your foam balls with white paint and let dry.
- Paint your foam balls with your desired color from FolkArt Neon Blacklight paints.
- Use a pencil to draw rings out of the craft foam and cut them out. Paint them your desired colors.
- Glue cut out rings onto new piece of craft foam, then cut all rings out together to form a large circle.
- Cut out hole for foam ball to fit inside.
- Use glue to keep foam ball inside your rings.
- For the best and brightest glow, use a blacklight to see your craft come to life!
