Decorate your spooky space with something that glows in the night!
Instructions
- Basecoat your faux pumpkin with black paint and let dry.
- Use a pencil to draw your desired shapes (i.e. spider webs).
- In the area where the Neon Blacklight Paint will go, basecoat with a white paint first.
- Use the Neon Blacklight Paint to cover the white areas and let dry.
- For best and brightest glow, use a blacklight to see your craft come to life!
