  • Garden rocks
  • Permanent black marker
  • Masking Tape (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Basecoat any sections you will paint with white.
  2. Paint rocks and pots with desired color of Neon paints
  3. Use black marker to add detail to any of your surfaces.
  4. Feel free to splatter blackpaint on top of any surfaces for added fun!
  5. For the best and brightest glow, use a blacklight to see your craft come to life!
