Instructions:
- Cut your floral design to the size of the inside of your framed round. Apply a thin layer of Mod podge to the inside of your plexi-glass surface. While the Mod Podge it damp, place your paper onto the surface.
- Smooth out any bubbles from your design. Press from the center of the paper towards the edge to avoid trapping bubbles.
- Once your paper is totally dry, apply small amounts of Mod Podge Gloss to areas that you want to embellish with Fragment Effects chips. Use your tweezers from the tool set to place individual chips on the Mod Podged areas.
