Fragment Effects Floral Vase

Instructions:

1. Use Folkart Multi-Surface paints to paint a beautiful painting on your plexi-glass surface and let dry.
2. Use your silicone spreading tool or a small brush to apply Binder & Sealer to strategic areas that you want to embellish with Fragment Effects chips. Use your tweezers from the tool set to place individual chips on the chosen areas. Let dry.
