Secure your Fragment Effects pattern of choice to the back of your transparent surface with a piece of tape.
Apply your Binder & Sealer to the front of your surface. Work in sections while the Binder & Sealer is still wet.
Use the scoop tool to sprinkle Fragment Effects chips directly onto your surface. Use the silicone spreader and tweezers to move the chips to their desired areas while the Binder & Sealer is wet.
Once your chips are all applied and the Binder & Sealer has dried, apply a final coat of Binder & Sealer to secure the chips permanently to your project.
