Instructions:
- Place a diagonal line of painter’s tape to your frame. Paint the bottom half of the frame with Festive Fuchsia and let dry.
- Secure your Fragment Effects pattern of choice to the back of your transparent surface with a piece of tape.
- Apply your Binder & Sealer to the front of your surface. Work in sections while the Binder & Sealer is still wet.
- Use the scoop tool to sprinkle Fragment Effects chips directly onto your surface. Use the silicone spreader and tweezers to move the chips to their desired areas while the Binder & Sealer is wet.
- Once your chips are all applied and the Binder & Sealer has dried, apply a final coat of Binder & Sealer to secure the chips permanently to your project.
