Framed Mandala with a White Border

Instructions

1. Follow basic instructions on pattern pack.
2. Place large piece of glass over design shown on project and lead design.  Let dry overnight.
3. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool to smooth and blend colors.  Let dry completely.
4. Fill in area around design with Crystal Clear, using the bottle tip to apply color and going in a random ‘squiggle pattern’ to create texture.  Let dry.
