Instructions
- Take the frame apart. Paint frame with White and the inside backing of frame Lagoon. Allow to dry.
- Stencil in White. Set aside.
- Screw the handles into the back of the frame.
- Reassemble the frame and glue the together to assure the frame will not come apart with picking up. Allow glue to dry completely before using.
