Instructions
- Basecoat frame with Midnight. Paint at least 3 coats. Allow to dry completely.
- Paint entire frame with Mod Podge Mega Glitter. Paint at least two coats and allow to dry completely.
- Apply rub-ons – suggestions are shown in the photo. Adhere self-adhesive brads.
- Seal frame with gloss sealer. Allow to dry completely before using.
