Fun and Funky Boxes

Instructions

1. Lightly sand surface and wipe clean.
    
2. Seal surface using Delta Ceramcoat Sealer. Let dry. Note: Any design may be applied to any size box. Use our recommended color combinations or create your own.
   For All Boxes: Use #10 flat brush for narrow areas and foam brush for wider surfaces unless otherwise stated.

1. Basecoat entire box Opaque Yellow. Let dry.
    
2. Basecoat entire top of lid and bottom of box Royal Fuchsia.
    
3. When dry, mark box using tape to create a narrow border around top of lid and bottom of box. Paint border Royal Fuchsia. Let dry and remove tape carefully.
    
4. Use tape to create a rectangular center on top of lid. Basecoat center Opaque Yellow. Let dry and remove tape carefully.
    
5. When dry, use tape and ruler to mark four stripes on top of box evenly spaced. Use tape to mark border around bottom of box lid and top of box. All stripes should be the same width. Paint stripes Azure Blue. Let dry and remove tape carefully.
    
6. Using round brush, paint Spring Green squiggle lines on the center of Opaque Yellow lines.
    
7. Basecoat inside of box using desired color.
    
8. When entire box is dry, apply Delta Gloss Varnish. Let dry.

1. Basecoat top of lid and bottom of box Azure Blue.
    
2. Basecoat sides of box lid with Dark Goldenrod.
    
3. Basecoat sides of box Royal Fuchsia.
    
4. When dry, use tape to create a narrow border around top of lid and bottom of box. Paint Azure Blue, let paint dry and remove tape carefully.
    
5. When dry, use tape to mask evenly spaced triangles on sides of the box. Paint each triangle Dark Goldenrod. Let dry and remove tape.
    
6. Using round brush, outline the sides of each triangle with Azure Blue wavy lines.
    
7. Using round brush, paint a Royal Fuchsia squiggle outline around top of box lid.
    
8. Dip tip of round brush handle into Royal Fuchsia and dot evenly around sides of box lid. Position Dots on border of Blue Lagoon stripe (see photo).
    
9. Dip tip of foam brush handle into Opaque Yellow. Evenly paint dots around sides of box lid. (See photo.)
    
10. Paint Opaque Yellow dots on inside of each triangle.
     
11. Basecoat inside of box desired color.
     
12. When dry, apply Delta Gloss Varnish. Let dry.

1. Basecoat top and sides of lid Payne's Grey.
2. Basecoat entire bottom of box Royal Fuchsia.
3. When lid is dry, use masking tape to mark off even squares on each side. Paint each square alternating Royal Fuchsia and Azure Blue. Let dry and remove tape carefully.
4. When dry, mask off border around top of box bottom. Paint border Azure Blue. Let dry and remove tape carefully.
    
5. Using round brush, basecoat large round circles evenly spaced around sides of box. Let dry.
6. Using round brush, paint Spring Green pinwheels inside each circle (see photo).
    
7. Using round brush, paint a Royal Fuchsia wavy border on top of lid.
    
8. Basecoat inside of box in desired color.
    
9. When box is dry, apply Delta Gloss Varnish. Let dry.
