Funky Dowel Plaque

Instructions

1. Sand the plaque.
2. Paint the plaque Orange.
3. Cut dowels to fit design.
4. Base coat dowels with White, Black, Yellow, Light Turquoise, and Blue.
5. On five of the White dowels, use the #2 round brush to paint lines in Black.
6. Glue Dowels onto plaque, refer to photo for placement.
