Instructions

1. Wash and dry all vases with soap and water. 

1. Following basic instructions on label, use fine tip to apply a thin coat of paint on vase, apply in a swirl pattern. 

1. While paint is wet use the combing tool to comb, this will flatten, and cover all areas completely on vase.   

1. Let dry completely.
