Glass Confetti Ornament

Instructions

1. Cut a toothpick in half and sand the cut end with sand paper to make a good circle. 
2. Dip the toothpick into the Red Cardinal and begin adding dots at the bottom of the ornament. Make them close together then gradually spread them apart as you move up the ornament. 
3. Repeat step 2 with each color allowing each to dry in between colors.
4. Add white ribbon for hanging.
