Glitter Owl Costume Mask

Instructions

1. Using a flat brush, brush out Hologram MegaGlitter onto a paper plate. Let dry.

2. Cut another paper plate in half.

3. On the back of the glitter plate, draw small feather like shapes taking up the entirety of the plate.

4. Use scissors to cut out the shapes.

5. Cut two eye holes out of the halved plate.

6. Using tacky glue, glue the glitter feathers onto the halved mask in a layered pattern. Let dry.

7. Add Gold MegaGlitter to the edges of the feathers.

8. Cut a triangle shape out of the unused half of the plate. Cover the triangle with Gold MegaGlitter and glue to the center of the mask for a nose.

9. Add a wooden dowel, popsicle stick or pencil to the mask for a handle.
