Trim the paper to fit around the tea light. Add a little extra to the length for overlapping.
Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to the outer edge of the tea light and to the back of the paper. Position the paper around the tea light. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air-bubbles. Wait 15 minutes and then top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge.
Apply Mod Podge to the top of the tea light. Sprinkle glitter over the candle. Tap off the excess glitter. Allow to dry.
PROJECT TIP: Add more glitz to the tea light by attaching velvet or sparkle ribbon around the outer edge.
