Instructions

  1. Basecoat your ceramic surfaces with Folkart Multi-Surface paint and let dry. Once dry, brush on your favorite colors of Glitterific Pastel and let dry.
  2. Use a flat brush to create a blended ombre pattern on your floral frame. Once dry, apply a top coat of Glitterific Pastel Coral.
