Instructions

  1. Basecoat or paint details on your surfaces with Folkart Multi-Surface paint and let dry. Once dry, brush on your favorite colors of Glitterific Pastel and let dry.
  2. Use hot glue to secure the ice cream bars to the wood panel.
  3. Use Mod Podge to apply decorative papers to your wood surfaces. Once dry, brush on Glitterific Pastel to create a sparkling effect.
