Basecoat the block Purple Lilac. Allow to dry and then add Wicker White dots onto the Purple Lilac block using the handle end of the 1/2" flat brush. Allow to dry and then add the Hologram Extreme Glitter. Allow to dry.
Paint the small wooden heart cutout Lipstick Red. When dry, add Red Extreme Glitter to the red heart. Once dry, hot glue a sheer ribbon bow onto heart. Hot glue the heart to the front of the wooden block.
Drill a small hole into the center of the block. Cut off a 12" piece of wire; curl one end. Hot glue the wire into the drilled hole.
