Instructions
- Draw a pattern for stars and moon on white paper. Use picture for reference.
- Place surface over pattern and lead with Liquid Lead. Let dry overnight.
- Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool to fill and smooth. Blend 2 colors with combing tool as shown in photo. Let dry completely and hang.
