Instructions

  1. Draw a pattern for stars and moon on white paper. Use picture for reference.
  2. Place surface over pattern and lead with Liquid Lead.  Let dry overnight. 
  3. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool to fill and smooth.   Blend 2 colors with combing tool as shown in photo.  Let dry completely and hang.
