Basecoat the entire pumpkin with the Pumpkin Orange Extreme Glitter using the round foam applicator. Allow to dry. Apply two more coats. Allow those to dry.
Tape off stripes using the stencil tape and basecoat every other one with Wicker White. Allow to dry.
Paint the stripes with the Glow-In-The-Dark Pink, Green, Yellow. Allow to dry. You will need to apply several coats for full coverage. Allow to dry.
