Gnome Jar Holiday Gift

Instructions

1. Basecoat the mason jar top with your Imperial Red chalk paint and allow to dry.
2. Paint the mason jar top with Cardinal Red and allow to dry.
3. Paint your mushroom “spots” using Parchment. Turn your brush around and use the butt end to create smaller dots. Allow to dry and set aside.
4. Basecoat your gnomes in Sheepskin Chalk paint. Allow to dry.
5. Paint your gnomes using your multi surface paints. See image or video for inspiration.
6. Glue your painted gnomes and any greenery or accessories that you have gathered.
7. Using a length of twine, wrap the lids three times and tie a knot.
8. Fill the jar with dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, anise seed pods, clove and pine for a giftable potpourri
9. Optional: Wooden Gift Tag. Weather your tag by coating with a watered down mix of your two browns. Wipe away paint with a paper towel. Paint a simple piece of greenery in Thicket and a festive word in Cardinal Red. Tie to the jar using the knotted twine.
