Instructions
1. Cut the top off of your plastic bottle.2. Basecoat the bottle in white. Let dry.
3. Remove the extra white plies from your napkin until your left withonly the decorative ply.
4. Apply Mod Podge Outdoor to your white bottle.
5. Place the napkin on the bottle. Use your fingers to gently rub out the wrinkles. Let dry.
6. Paint a white beard on your napkin planters. Let dry.
7. Paint small ditsy flowers on the white beard.
8. Paint your raw wood bead and let dry.
9. Glue the bead to the plastic bottle.
