Instructions
- Use a flat brush to apply an even coat of Matte Terrazzo Sealer to your planter. While the sealer is still wet, sprinkle a generous amount of Blue Multi Terrazzo Flakes onto the sealer. Let dry.
- Apply a topcoat of Matte Terrazzo Sealer to seal the flakes.
