Instructions
1. Cut a strip of scrapbook paper to fit around the candleholder. Tear the top edge for a distressed look. Apply Mod Podge Gloss to the back, position onto the candleholder, smooth with your fingers, Allow to dry. Top-coat with more Mod Podge if desired.2. Cut a motif from a Halloween napkin. Mod Podge over the first paper in the same fashion as step 1. Allow to dry.
3. Hot glue a scrap of burlap around the base.
Project Tip: Napkins become transparent when Mod Podged so choose your background papers wisely.
