Instructions
- Basecoat round tags with orange and let dry.
- Dip bottom of each tag with black and let dry.
- Paint over back with Glitter and let dry.
- Stencil bones on bags as shown with white.
- Stencil word on tags as shown and let dry.
- Attach tags to rings and thread onto ribbon. Attach ribbon to bags as shown with hot glue.
