Heart Glass Painting with Fragment Effects Glass Chips

Instructions:

1. Center your Gallery Glass design on the back side of your plexi-glass surface and secure it with tape to prevent it from moving.
2. Lead your design on the front side of your surface. Let the liquid leading dry for at least 12 hours.
3. Fill your leaded designs with Gallery Glass paint. For tips on using Gallery Glass products, refer to the “Gallery Glass 101 Guide” on Plaidonline.com.
4. Once your Gallery Glass paint is totally dry, apply the Fragment Effects binder & sealer in small sections around your Gallery Glass heart. While the Binder & Sealer is still wet, use your tweezers from the tool set to place individual chips on the wet areas.
