Instructions

1. Use your choice of Folk Art paint to add letters or a phrase to the top half of your surface. 

2. Remove the ply/backing from the back of a decorative napkin. 

3. Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge Matte onto the bottom half of the  surface. 

4. Slowly lay the decorative napkin onto the bottom half  surface until it is fully covered. 

5. Use scissors to trim off any excess napkin paper.

6. Add a light coat of Mod Podge Matte on top of the napkin for sealing and protection. 

7. Use hot glue to attach a bow and greenery/floral to the top corner of the surface.
