Holiday Chalkboard Plant Pokes

Instructions

1. Cut desired paper to fit lid of jar as shown and also to wrap around jar as shown.
2. Following basic instructions on Mod Podge, apply paper to the jars as shown.  Let dry.
3. With a flat head screw driver and a hammer, create a small hole in each jar lid to insert plant pokes as shown.
4. Personalize with chalk and accent with greenery and ribbon.
