Cut a heart shape of paper to fit the top of the ornament. Coat both sides of the paper heart with Mod Podge, position on the ornament and topcoat with more Mod Podge. Use your fingers to press out any air bubbles. Smooth your brush strokes. Allow to dry. Rub the edges with a nail file to give it texture.
Hot glue buttons around the top outer edge of the ornament. Hot glue ribbon around the outside edge of the ornament.
Add small pools of Dimensional Magic over design areas on the paper to highlight the design.
