Deck the walls with this adorable wood canvas.

Other Things You'll Need

  • # 10 flat brush
  • Small liner brush
  • 10 x 10 wood canvas
  • Unfinished wood shapes- 3 flowers
  • 5 pieces coordinating scrapbook papers

Instructions

  1. Basecoat canvas and flowers with Wicker White, let dry.  Sand lightly.
     
  2. Paint each flower as shown in photo- large flower Baby Pink, Coastal Blue, etc. let dry.
     
  3. Using wood shapes as a pattern, cut papers to desired size to cover areas shown.  Apply papers following general directions on ModPodge. Let dry.
     
  4. Apply large paper to cover entire front of wood canvas with Modpodge.  Let dry.  Add Green strip of paper at bottom as shown.
     
  5. Using liner brush and Licorice add- I’d Pick You.
     
  6. Glue flowers as shown and add stems and leaves with green, let dry.
     
  7. Finish with thin coat of Modpodge, let dry.
