Remove the label on the candle by either peeling it off or soaking it off.
Trim your paper to fit around the jar. Add a little extra to the end for overlapping. Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the paper and position onto the candle. Smooth with your fingers and apply a top-coat of Mod Podge to seal the paper.
To make the hanging pendant. You will need to Mod Podge a small piece of paper into the pendant frame. Once dry, top-coat with Dimensional Magic.
Tie the pendant to the candle with a piece of twine.
