Other Things You'll Need

  • Wooden tray 

  • Sponge

  • Printer paper 

  • Paint brush

  • Dry toner powdered printer/copier

Instructions

  1. Paint the wooden tray using your choice of Folk Art acrylic paint. Leave the part of the tray that you plan to cover with a photo blank. 

  2. Print your choice of photo onto plain printer paper, be sure that you are using a dry toner powdered printer/copier. 

  3. Cut the photo to the size of the area you will be covering. 

  4. Next, apply a thick layer of Mod Podge Photo Transfer Medium to the image side of the photo.

  5. Place the photo on the surface face down, then smooth it out with your fingers.

  6. Allow the photo to dry for 24 hours.

  7. Use a moist sponge to slowly rub away the paper and uncover the photo.
