Paint florals inspired by embroidery on a plain pair of shoes!_x000D_
Instructions
- Surface Prep: For leather surfaces–gently wipe with alcohol to clean and remove debris. Let drybefore painting. For vinyl–wash gently with soap and water, rinse well and let dry.For canvas–wash and dry according to care tag instructions before painting.
- Remove laces. Tape off any areas of the project surface you do not want to paint with maskingtape.

- Using “Sand”, create your layout by painting general floral shapes directly on the shoe. This will act as your sketch and your outermost outline color. Allow to dry.
- Fill in your floral shapes with red, leaving your sand outline. Allow to dry.
- Create petals in your floral shapes by using a lighter color paint and using loose brushstrokes. Some flowers use yellow and orange as the outline and some will use a light pink. (see image)
- Using light and bright blue, create your small blooms.
- Using your darker green, create your leaf shapes and allow them to dry.
- Using your lighter green add some detail to your leaves.
- Use white to touch up mistakes
- Allow 24 hours to dry before wearing, and 30 days to fully cure. Allow the paint to fully cure before cleaning.
