Lavender Bath Salts For Valentine’s Day
Need a quick Valentine’s gift? Nothing is easier than making a jar of bath salts.

Instructions

  1. Trim your scrapbook paper to the fit around the bath salt jar. Add a little extra to the length to create a small overlap.  Apply Mod Podge Hard Coat to the back of the paper.  Position your paper on the jar and smooth any wrinkles with your fingers. Allow 15 minutes to dry.  Top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge Hard Coat and allow to dry for two hours.
  2. Trim a piece of paper to fit the back of the rectangle Podgeable Facet Shape. Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the rectangle Podgeable Facet Shape and to the top of the paper.  Press the two together and smooth any air bubbles with your fingers. Allow to dry.
  3. Hot glue ribbon around the neck of the bottle and to the top and bottom edge of the paper.  Hot glue the Facet Shape to the center of the bottle.
  4. In a bowl mix together Epsom salts and a few drops of lavender essential oil.  Create a funnel shape with paper by rolling it on an angle.  Funnel the salts into the jar.

Personalize the Podgeable shape by adding a letter sicker to the design.
