Leprechaun Hat Planter

Instructions

1. Basecoat the pot and saucer with Citrus Green.
2. Tape off a 1 ½” band at the bottom and paint Pure Black.
3. Paint a buckle around the black band with Treasure Gold.  Refer to photo for placement.
