Instructions
- 1. Wash and dry shirt and shorts. Press with warm iron.
- 2. Cut large sections of fabric, apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to the back of the fabric pieces and let dry.
- 3. Cut out all fabric design elements that you will use to create your outfit.
- 4. Insert wax paper between the layers of fabric so that the Mod Podge will not blead through.
- 5. Layout all the fabric pieces as shown.
- 6. Pick up each fabric piece and apply a medium coat of Mod Podge to the back of fabric applique. Press down onto wearable piece and make sure all edges are attached.
- 7. Repeat until all fabric appliques are attached and let dry completely.
- 8. Apply a thin top coat of Mod Podge over the fabric appliques and a little over the edge, sealing the fabric designs to the wearable pieces. Let dry completely.
